GIVEAWAYS- OFFICIAL RULES

The following contest you must like, share and comment on the post. One entry per person/family/household. The winner will be notified via FB instant messenger. If a winner does not respond within three (3) business days from Dealership's first attempt, or if an entrant is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

ELIGIBILITY:

The contest is open to those who live in the Raleigh-Durham area. Employees are not eligible to win. Additionally, relatives of such employees are not eligible to win. For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, relatives are defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, brother, sister, children, grandmother, grandfather and grandchildren.

WINNERS/PRIZE:

Unless indicated otherwise on the Web Site, one (1) Prize will be awarded for each days. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prize will vary. No transfer, cash equivalent or Prize substitution allowed, except at the Dealership's sole discretion. Dealership may require winner(s) to sign a publicity image release. Decisions made by the Dealership are final in all matters, including interpretation of these official rules and awarding of the Prize(s) will be awarded. In no event will more than the stated number of Prizes be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

 

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY/ DISCLAIMER/OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

All entrants, as condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Dealership. Except where prohibited by law, by entering, each entrant consents to the use of his/her names, picture in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by the Dealership without additional compensation, which may require, without limitation, winner to appear on Social Media websites such as Facebook and Twitter. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except where prohibited by law, consent to be photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and hereby release Dealership from all liability related thereto.
