It’s time for another Tip Tuesday from Porsche Southpoint. This week we’ll discuss how to schedule a loaner vehicle. Loaner vehicles are usually loaned to those who have services performed on their car that will take longer than 3 hours to complete. It is important to note, the only way to reserve a loaner vehicle is to call the dealership itself. There is no designated area online to schedule a loaner vehicle. The reason it is important to call is so that a service advisor can verify that there is a loaner vehicle available for use. These loaner vehicles are usually booked out for a week. This means if at all possible, schedule your services a week in advance to help make sure a loaner vehicle is available for you.
If service is needed more immediately, and no loaner vehicles are available, we do offer a shuttle service that will drop off or pick up within a 20-mile radius. Porsche Southpoint works hard to get their guests where they need to go in a timely manner.
