Porsche Southpoint receives hundreds of phone calls and e-mails from our clients in Chapel Hill, Durham, Apex, Cary, Raleigh, and the rest of the Triangle Area, on a daily basis.  Most of the time, the conversation requires us to gather information like the client’s name, address, and phone number.  With privacy being a major concern, we wanted to go over what happens when you fill out a request for information on a new or pre-owned PORSCHE . 

 

When you visit our new or pre-owned inventory page, and find an PORSCHE  that you want more information on, you have the option to request more information or an E-price.  A simple click will bring up an information form for you to fill out.  This form asks for basic information such as your first and last name, contact information, and you also have the option to leave a comment.  Once you fill out the form and click submit, an e-mail is sent directly to our Sales Client Care Center representatives.  

 

One of our friendly and courteous Client Care Representatives looks over the information, and gathers any additional details you may have requested.  The representative will then reach out to you through a phone call and also a follow up e-mail.  During the conversation, the representative will answer your questions regarding the vehicle, and then can make an appointment with one of our Product Specialists that best fits your schedule.  At that appointment, you’ll be able to go into more detail about the vehicle, take a test drive, and have a one-on-one conversation tailored to your vehicle needs.
