Specifically, that engine is an uprated, 3.4-liter flat-six which produces 330 horsepower (15 more than the outgoing version) via its direct-fuel-injected and VarioCam construction. The model is available with two distinctive transmission options; the first being the standard, manual gearbox, a six-speed which is optimally adapted to the high power output of this engine. And there is a new, PDK 7-speed option available as well.
