The German automaker Porsche is known for its performance and luxury, but who would have ever though that would include SUVs. Porsche took on a whole new market when it finally decided o make its first SUV when it made the Cayenne. Surprisingly it has sold fairly well despite what some say is the company going away from what they normally would do in small, fast super-cars.  With the times changing Porsche has continued to grow in this market and it would not be surprising to see another SUV model in the near future to expand their market reach. The name Porsche alone says a lot about a vehicle, so when you put it on and SUV or even a full out truck, you could expect there to be power and aggression underneath the hood.

The Porsche Cayenne has surprised the market and sold very well and now they have reached a milestone and have produced their 100,000th Cayenne recently. For a car maker that had not built SUVs until recently this is definitely something to be proud of. So bask in the glory that is Porsche, come out and test drive one soon and feel what it is to be riding in a Porsche. The heritage that is behind the emblem of Porsche has a new branch on the family tree. The Cayenne has made its mark on the public so be sure that it is going nowhere but up. Time for a new model to shock the world yet again as we grow accustomed to Porsche SUVs.
