Rare Porsche Carrera GT B59 Model to be Produced

For years some of the most popular Porsche brands have been the Porsche Cayman, Porsche 911 and the Porsche Carrera.

Porsche fans will be happy to learn that an extremely limited Carrera GT model will be produced. We would love to say the car will be available at Performance Porsche in Chapel Hill, NC, but due to its rareness there are only 5 being produced.  

If you're expecting a large price tag, you're right. The Carrera GT will go for $133,540.

Porsche constructed this variant to celebrate Hurley Haywood's "five overall wins at the 24 Hours of Daytona." It features "Carrara White" exterior with black mirrors, retro racing stripes and 19-inch Sport Classic wheels. Inside, the cabin is outfitted with black leather seats, Alcantara trim and stainless steel door plates with Hurley Haywood's own signature.¹

-      3.8-liter flat-six engine
-      402 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque
-      0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds
-      Top speed of 190mph
